The Tunnel Project "Norð um Fjall"

El-Service has won the licitation for supply and installation of all electrical equipment and emergency equipment for the tunnel project "Norð um Fjall". This project consists of two tunnels, "Árnafjarðartunnnilin" that will be 1900 meters long and "Hvannasundstunnilin" that will be 2200 meters long.

We will use the same procedure for this project as we did for the tunnel "Hvalbiartunnilin", as it again is P/F Articon who is the main contractor for the project. Both of these tunnels are planned to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
